Our shipping policy
We ensure timely delivery of medicines each and every time, a customer places an order on us. Even a customer can track the parcel from the point of dispatch to the point of delivery. In case any issue arises pertaining to the delivery of your medication, our staff sends an email notification within 24 hours. Thereafter, you’ll receive a new tracking number and the parcel will be delivered in a timely manner. We generate and issue the tracking number after your order is confirmed. A variety of shipping options are available for the customers and you can choose, depending on the urgency factor. Of course, different shipping options have different rates and you can check them on our website. We also share the estimated time that is applicable according to the business days. We begin probing the complaints of loss of consignment only after 10 days from the day of shipment.
Free shipping options
Although, we propose a free shipping option but some articles may not qualify for this. There is a minimum purchase bar for the free shipping option. Free shipping does not apply to backorders, reorders, oversized or heavy articles. If you have one or more ineligible articles, you may be asked to remove them from the cart in order to get the benefit of free shipping. Importantly, the shipping charges are eligible to change at any time.
Shipment confirmation mail
When we finish the processing of your purchasing order and the shipping partner collects your medicines, we will send an automated confirmation email. As informed, the shipment partner does not process the orders on weekends i.e. Saturdays and Sundays. If you place an order after the cut off time on Friday, you may experience a delay in the shipment confirmation email.
Default shipping address
The default shipping address is that mentioned in your latest order. But you are permitted to change the address, if necessary. Just click the ‘change’ button, just beneath the default address, and enter the new address in the provided space. You are permitted to change your shipping address at any time. You can delete or modify the address, as you desire. Change of the shipping address has no effect on the placed order. Please note that we do not provide refund or reshipment, when you share incorrect or invalid address. Before processing the order, our company will verify and confirm the identity of the person, who has placed the order.
Payments and refunds
By providing your payment card information, you agree to allow us or our payment service provider access to your card to make payment for the items you order, as well as any packing and shipping costs. We may also collect any other fees that we deem due under these terms. If applicable, refunds will be made only using the payment method (i.e. PayPal, Credit Card and/or the original payment method.
Account Verification
To avoid delays in processing your order, ensure that your billing addresses match the information from your credit card account. To confirm if your credit card statement has been sent to your home or work address since you moved recently, or if you are not sure, please contact your card-issuing banks using the 800 number found on the back.
Substitutes/ Non-Availability
Although we try to keep enough stock of goods on hand to meet demand, there are times when items may not be in stock or are unavailable from our suppliers. We will contact you in the event of such an issue and provide guidance to you on how to proceed. For example, you can have the item returned, replaced with a similar item or wait for the item to be back in stock. All items sold on this website are subjected to availability.
Delivery
You will need to enter a valid email address in order to place an order. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has shipped. This allows you know when your shipment is on its way to the address that was specified. No matter how many items are ordered, you will only be charged one delivery fee. Please see the “Packaging and shipping costs” section above.
Notifications of errors
You must inspect each delivery immediately upon receipt. You should immediately contact us if you suspect that an item was sent in error.
You have the right to cancel your online purchase and get your money back
You have 14 days to cancel any items you’ve ordered from us within the order total. Any such return must be received within 14 days from the date of your cancellation. For more information, see “How to Return Items”. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including any hygiene seals. If you do not seal items that are suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons, you may lose your right of cancellation.
Items damaged
We will replace, repair or refund any item that is damaged upon receipt.
How do I return an item?
Contact the Health and Wellness of Carmel Natural Pharmacy to return damaged items. Follow the instructions in the Returns Note that was included with your delivery.
Return to the Store
Any item you order online from the Health and Wellness of Carmel Natural Pharmacy can be returned. Your item(s) must be returned within 14 days after receipt of your order total. To allow our store to process your returns, you must bring your shipping label.
Refunds
Your refund will not process until we have received your goods back. The refund will be processed to the original payment card. It may take up to 5-7 days for your card to credit your account.
Any postage paid will be refunded.
